1What are your hours of support?
Our support hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am until 5:00pm. Out of hours support can be discussed if required.
2Do you offer Ad-hoc support?
Yes, we can support your company Ad-hoc. However, it may be cheaper to be on one of our support contracts. Call us today to find out more.
3What remote support service do we use?
Our primary remote support software is N-Able Take Control. This uses 256-bit encryption when connecting to any remote PC's.
4What areas do we cover?
We cover Essex, London and Kent respectively. However, we are willing to travel further if required.
