I have had great support from Higs solutions in the past. One day my laptop suddenly decided to die and I had not backed up any files for a few months. One call to Higs and a flying visit to their head office was all I needed to do. Saqueeb and James managed to remove the hard drive and extract all files, they then put them all onto a new laptop for me. Life savers!!
